Dear Conservative Activist,
President Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi have made it clear they plan on using the nuclear method of “reconciliation” to ram health care through Congress in the next few weeks, regardless of how strongly the American people are against it.

Congressman Bob Etheridge has stated that he will most likely support the bill.

We must let him know that this vote is directly against the wishes of his constituents!

The U.S. Congress is discussing a bill tomorrow (March 10) that would override the basic tenets of federalism and would force state and local governments to participate in collective bargaining with all public safety personnel.

The “Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act of 2010” (H.R. 413) is a cynical attempt by public-sector union representatives to force an unfunded mandate on state and local governments while also subjecting all state bargaining laws to review and possible rejection by the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA).

“Over the past few weeks Mr. Del Burns has disqualified himself from continued service to the Wake County School Board.

Since Mr. Burns would not recognize the authority of the school board as directed via the people at the ballot box, what other choice did the board have than to remove him?
